Use of Our Website
The content on this website is provided for general information about our laundry pickup & delivery, wash & fold, self-service and commercial laundry services. We may update pricing, service areas, hours and other details at any time without notice.
Service Orders & Payment
Pickup & delivery orders require a valid payment method on file. Your card is charged only when your order is complete and ready for delivery. Minimum order amounts apply as listed on our pricing page.
Garment Care
We take great care with every order. However, we do not offer dry cleaning and cannot accept responsibility for items labeled “dry clean only,” for normal wear, or for items damaged due to manufacturer defects. Please remove valuables and check pockets before pickup or drop-off.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laundromat Pickup is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or services.
