Create an order on our website or send us a text! You pick the date and time for pickup and delivery, and our driver will be at your door between the scheduled time windows. Check your email and text messages for updates on your order.

For our pickup and delivery service we accept credit and debit card payments. All orders need a payment method on file, but your card will not be charged until your order is complete and ready for delivery. In-store, you can pay by cash or card.

Unfortunately we do not offer dry cleaning at this time. Please do not include items marked “dry clean only” — we cannot check each tag individually and cannot be responsible for damage to those items.

Yes! Please add any specific instructions for the driver in the driver-instructions section when you create your order, and we’ll follow them.

We offer same-day service on in-store drop-off orders — just drop off before 12 PM. For pickup & delivery, same-day pickup with next-day delivery is available.

Wash & fold drop-off is $0.90/lb (next day) with a $15 minimum. Pickup & delivery starts at $1.65/lb with a $35 minimum. Self-service machines start at $2.25. See our pricing page for full details.
